The New Hampshire North Country RC&D Area Council mission is to facilitate innovative actions to meet local needs that enhance the quality of people’s lives through the conservation and development of natural resources.
The North Country RC&D was established in 1968 to address problems and opportunities in New Hampshire’s “North Country,” encompassing the counties of Belknap, Carroll, Coos and Grafton.
