Southern New Hampshire RC&D Area Council

The mission of the Southern New Hampshire Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) Area Council is to promote and facilitate the development of the area's natural and human resources in a manner that benefits the economic well-being of its citizens while maintaining or improving the quality of the natural resource base of the counties of Cheshire, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford, Merrimack, and Sullivan.
